1. Delivery Guarantee
If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of your order value.
Delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will not be covered under this guarantee.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food and consumable goods, we do not accept physical returns.
Refunds and replacements are issued only in cases of non-delivery, damage, or incorrect items.
