1. Delivery Guarantee

  • If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of your order value.

  • Delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will not be covered under this guarantee.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items
